Jobs Description

Use the expense entry system to record all the business expenses
Handle daily cash and bank receipts and payments, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of transactions.
Reconcile accounts on a regular basis, prepare reports, and ensure that balances are in line with accounting records.
Issue and receive checks, and handle related banking services,
Sort out the monthly invoices and assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, and provide relevant financial data as required.
Keep proper records of all financial transactions, and ensure the safety and integrity of financial documents.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related fields.
At least 1 years of cashier or relevant logistics experience.
Proficient in using financial software and office software, such as Excel, Word. Quickbook
Strong sense of responsibility, high degree of accuracy, and good at handling details.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Familiar with relevant financial regulations and accounting systems.
