Jobs Description

Arrangement of export/import shipments
Receive export/import booking from shipper, checking and confirming with shipper before import shipment delivery to the destination, booking space and complete customs clearance for export/import shipment.
Completed information to System purpose issue Bill/Invoice.
Reviewing and following up the documents process from the beginning to end process, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Preparing, checking document before submission documents to customs broker.
Follow up with customs broker to make sure that documents submission is approved on time
Trucking arrangement to pick up import container and delivery on time to the customers location effectively
Keeping follow up of container from the port until customer/consignee location
Know export documentation preparation
Prepare all necessary export - related documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
Make sure these documents comply with international trade regulations and customer requirements. For instance, when exporting to certain countries, specific certificates of origin may be required.
Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, including shipping progress, estimated arrival time, and any potential problems.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Jobs Requirement

Age: 20-30 years
Education: College
1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding field;
Knowledge of sea & air freight
Fluent in English and Cambodian, Chinese is preferable;
Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Honestly & Friendly & Hard working
