SALES STRATEGY & REVENUE GROWTH

• Develop and implement annual sales strategies for pest control and cleaning services including potential company’s services and products (commercial & residential, contractual & on-demand).
• Identify new revenue opportunities through market segmentation, competitor analysis & challenges, and pricing optimization.
• Expand B2B contracts with facilities management, hospitality, F&B, healthcare, logistics, and real estate sectors.

TEAM LEADERSHIP & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team (BDMs, sales manager, and key account managers).
• Establish a performance-driven culture with clear KPI targets.
• Conduct regular training on service differentiation, regulatory compliance, and solution selling.

KEY ACCOUNT ACQUISITION & RETENTION

• Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients and high-value prospects.
• Support the negotiation and closure of major contracts and framework agreements.
• Ensure all contract renewals exceed previous revenue and margin expectations.

FORECASTING, REPORTING & BUDGETING

• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and ensure accuracy of pipeline report.
• Monitor margins, pricing compliance, discount approval limits, and profitability.
• Report sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to the MD/GM.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

• Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop lead-generation campaigns, promotions, and digital sales channels.
• Collaborate with Finance on pricing models, credit limits, and contract terms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–10 years sales experience, with at least 5 years in pest control, cleaning, or facilities management.
• Proven track record in contract selling and revenue expansion.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 9001/14001, public health guidelines).
