Jobs Description

Responsible for loan disbursement target for a region (multiple provinces)
Supervise and guide a team of Loan Officers and Field Operations Executives
Ensure Loan Officers complete file accurately and efficiently
Assign Field Operation Executives to check and visit customer’s place of businesses and customer’s house or property
Travel and visit dealerships across provinces to build strong relationships, and understand on-ground feedback from customers and dealers
Push team to complete pending cases, and motivate team to achieve monthly targets
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Management to monitor team performance
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
High monthly incentives given for reaching targets, with traveling and phone card allowances

Jobs Requirement

Any bachelor degree Business, Marketing, Sales, or any related field
At least 2 years experience in leadership or senior position, and managing a team
Previous experience in sales & distribution roles and/or businesses
Positive attitude and solution-focused mindset
Good communication of English and Khmer, written and spoken
Strong in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Email
Fast worker, and able to work under pressure
