• Review the Income and spare parts of the service department in the system

• Check stock in stock out by inquiry, return from client, and apply Credit Note

• Transfer borrowed stock or items from the vendor in the system

• Record return items to the vendor overseas (Clear stock for the service department)

• Check and apply the return from the Client

• Issue the Credit Note to the Customer

• Issue TAX invoice, receipt, prepare and calculate tax, and e-filing.

• NSSF

• Bookkeeping in QuickBooks

• Record AR and Close the daily Collection Report in the System

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the account manager

• Must have knowledge and experience in the field of accounting

• Able to read, write, listen, and speak medium to proficient English language.

• Able to utilize tools in Office Suite, Google Suite, and emailing.

• Able to maintain confidentiality.

• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Able to analyze data and generate well-informed reports.

• Need to have strong communication and negotiation skills.
