·      Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with brand and sales goals.

·      Collaborate with the sales team to create in-store promotions, product displays, and retail visibility tools.

·      Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms (social media).

·      Support new product launches and ensure alignment of trade and consumer messaging.

·      Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

·      Maintaining relationships with key clients by making regular visits, understanding their need and anticipating new marketing initiatives.

·      Build up monthly report and business performance report to present to company's director and relevant principles.

·      Being the key liaise person to communicate with principles on up-to-date activities following request from each principle to maintain professional cooperation.

·      Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trend to report to company's director to make sure company receiving up-to-date market information.

• Bachelor degree in marketing, or business-related field. Pharmaceutical background is preferable
• 2-3 years’ experience in field of consumer product, preferably in cosmetic or baby product industry
• Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Good English, French is an advantage
• Strong computer skills (MS office, Internet, Email)
