• Meet the target of new Store Opening every year

• Researches and recommends potential new store locations for expansion within the market

• Helps develop real estate negotiation strategy and positioning

• Working on the sufficient pipeline to support the store opening

• Approach current and new developers for their upcoming projects

• Do the market research and portfolio analysis for the key competitors

• Establish a great relationship with our all-cross-functional partners from all relevant offices to

positively influence decision makings

• Keep track of retail market trends and update to Leasing Manager on a weekly basis

• Administrative tasks include lease agreements, renewal agreements, and termination

agreements.

• Traveling inside and outside Phnom Penh city, including Sihanoukville, Siem Reap, etc.

• Support store operation to smoothly handle conflict with the landlord.

• Other tasks as per assigned by superior.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent

• Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage

• At least 2 years’ experience in real estate retail sector

• Real estate negotiations, fast learner, and high flexibility

• Problem solving skills

• Build good relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and relevant government

authorities

• Ensure quality control standards for real estate transactions

• Keep track of competitor expansion

• Conduct a tour site visit in Phnom Penh and other provinces

• Keep good teamwork with internal and external smoothly

• Ability to work outside the office

• Ability to work outside office business hours to make sure the assigned tasks are completed by the deadline.
