1. Business Development:

- Identify and approach potential locations (offices, malls, supermarkets, universities, gyms, etc.) for vending machine placements.

- Build relationships with property owners, management teams, and decision-makers to secure placement contracts.

2. Sales and Negotiations:

- Present Sundery’s vending machine solutions to potential partners, highlighting benefits such as increased amenities, profit-sharing, and operational convenience.

- Negotiate placement agreements, including profit-sharing, rent, or other partnership terms.

3. Market Research:

- Conduct on-ground surveys to identify high-traffic areas and customer demand for vending machine products.

- Gather feedback on market trends and opportunities for new placement strategies.

4. Collaboration and Reporting:

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely installation and stocking of machines.

- Provide weekly progress reports on placement targets, sales pipelines, and achieved goals.

5. Client Relationship Management:

- Maintain ongoing relationships with placement partners to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for expansion or additional placements.

1. Proven experience in sales, business development, or related fields.

2. Native communication and negotiation skills in Khmer.

3. Excellent/professional communication skills in English (reading & writing preferred)

4. A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets.

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Strong knowledge of Phnom Penh’s business landscape and key commercial areas.

7. Previous experience in FMCG, retail, and real estate industries is an advantage but not mandatory

* Compensation and Incentives:

-We believe in rewarding our team for their hard work and results. Sales representatives will receive:

1. A base salary of $250.

- Bonus: $15 gas/month

- $5 phone credit/month

2. PLUS Performance-based incentives (to discuss upon interview):

- Commission for each successful placement (sales).

3. Those with outstanding performance can achieve long-term stable high income and high returns - such as quarterly and yearly sales performance bonuses!
