Main Duties

- Support System (Switching & Card Management System)Working with Vendors to implement

project and resolve all system issues;

- Keep Monitoring System performance make sure up and running 24/7;

- Maintain Switching and Card Management System environment (DC/DR/Testing);

- Participates in Switching & Card Payment Project to ensure system functionalities are

properly implemented by following business requirements;

- Support with Card Schemes VISA, Master, UPI, CSS… to make sure transactions are working

smoothly 24/7 and a doubt to business requirement;

- Develop, evaluate and implement new features of Card Payment system for improving card

products and Card Operation;

- Develop System interface (API and ISO message)Prepare Manual, procedure and guideline of

Debit, Prepaid and Credit Card prepare monthly System Performance Report for

Managements and relevant teams;

- Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.

Skills/ Experiences

- Bachelor Degree in IT or related field.

- At least 3 years’ experience in managing Switching & Card Management System or others

related System.

- Good knowledge of Card Product (Debit, Credit, Prepaid…), CSS and other Card schemes etc.,

- Good Knowledge of ISO 8583 message, API management and development and System integration.

- Good understanding on PL/SQL, ORACLE Database, Webserver, Middleware.

- Strong knowledge in programming languages JAVA, C++, C# is a plus.

- High initiative, commitment, good communication and problem solving skills.

- Experience with Card scheme such as Visa/Master/UPI to operate and manage both debit and

credit card operations.

- Good at English and Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
