Jobs Description

• Prepare, monitor, and scan all payment vouchers, journal vouchers and other vouchers by the deadline on 1st of the next month

• Prepare documents sending to tax consulting agency for monthly tax declaration by the deadline on 1st of the next month

• Record all daily expenses in petty cash report and bank report in company’s system

• Assist to monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable aging report

• Classify each expense, revenue, fixed asset, inventories into ILB and ILEAD department

• Assist to finance manager to close monthly accounts, and annual account.

• Open salaries for workers and get workers to sign all payroll slip, and put in the payroll folder

• Assist to finance manager for tax audit (comprehensive audit, limited audit)

• Assist to finance manager to finish financial audit on time

• Coordinate with financial auditor for stock count and fixed assets account for audit report and group accounting team

• Manage and oversee company fixed assets tagging and report to ensure its properly done as required from time to time

• Cooperate with other departments to achieve a good result of social compliance audit, and customer audit.

• Bookkeeping income and expense into system (QuickBooks)

• Booking taxi and hotel for factory visitors, and managements

• Other tasks assigned by finance manager/factory manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Accounting, Finance or other related fields.

• Able to communicate in English

• Proactive fresh graduate student or experienced candidate is both acceptable

• Proficient to use Microsoft word, Excel, (Advanced Excel is preferable)

• Ability to focus on the detailed work with a good result, work speed

• Have a mindset for the planning deadline of each assigned work.

• Be honest, keep confidential information

• Able to work independently, flexible and work team under tight timelines.

• Good manner within working environment with other department staff/managements
