• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts

• Prepare HR-related reports as needed

• Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)

• Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.

• Assisting managers with staff requirements.

• Conducting orientation (induction program), probationary and resignation process.

• Others ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

1. Job Responsibilities:

2. Job Requirements

• Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus

• Experience with MS Office and Excel

• Good understanding of employee personal file.

• Basic knowledge compliance

• Flexible and quick learner will be considered for those who has less experiences

• Bachelor in Management or Administration or similar field
