- Maintain and organize accurate and up-to-date physical files related to tax returns and accounting source documents on a monthly basis.

- Reconcile bank statements and other related accounts.

- Check sales and purchases invoices and other related source documents for tax declaration.

- Prepare monthly and yearly worksheet and file tax returns.

- Assist with tax audits.

- Prepare income statement and balance sheet in Quickbooks system.

- Other tasks assigned by Tax Manager.

- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts.

- Perform monthly and yearly account reconciliations.

- Assist to close the books at year-end.

- Assist to prepare financial statements, including income statement and balance sheet.

- Knowledge and experience of Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel

- Communicates financial information clearly

- Ability to learn and adapt to new things

- Minimum of 2 year-experience of tax and accounting experience

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Knowledge and Experience with Quickbooks system

- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and tax authorities
