1. Control Stock Main Store Room (MSR), and Work with FnB Team to Support Stock Movement from MSR to FnB and take care delivery.

2. Check Stock Balance with actual counting to make sure stock never run out and expired.

3. Complete all Stock Transfer, Adjustment, and Verifying in Vista vs QuickBooks and send report to Supervisor daily to double check.

4. Make Purchase for some stock items assigned by stock supervisor, and purchase cleaning supply for Cinema.

5. Make Stock Request from LMG Warehouse to refill Stock MSR, and handle delivery,

6. Follow up and deal with supplier for stock purchased and received, maintain proper recording in Vista and QB, sending complete documents to payment team.

7. Maintain proper stock arrangement in MSR and cleaning when needed

8. Handle Petty Cash for Cinema, send daily report to Account team, make petty cash request and make sure there are cash available to support all department in cinema.

9. Monthly Counting and closing Stock Report, Petty Cash Report, and Cleaning Supply Report.

10. Daily verify Cashier Report part time

11. Replace each other when one staff is day off (between Stock and AR)

12. Other tasked directed by Stock Supervisor or Cinema Manager.

 Degree educated and/or equivalent professional experience.

 Experience of working in a range of Food & Beverage environments.

 Excellent attention to detail in both written word and numerical data

 Demonstrable project co-ordination skills

 2 or 4 year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Culinary, or related

subject; OR related work experience.

 Experience of developing Food & Beverage product within the Hospitality or Cruise Industry.

 Good understanding of the technical aspects associated with Food, Beverage & Dining.

 Working knowledge of health and safety.

 Excellent communication and team working skills.

 Good at computer and system skills (Microsoft office & Word office) Skills and Abilities.
