1. Make daily stock report send to FC & Head of Commercial Operation

2. Make stock count report (available, In, out and ended balance)

3. To identify the fast-moving item and keep available stock

4. To find the supplier’s term payment credit and cash

5. Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate

6. Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

7. All parts counter transactions will be completed within 30 minutes.

8. All parts shipped out of warehouse are received by customers without discrepancy.

9. Ensuring that deliveries are issued on time to the correct receiving location in
