• Invent and design products In line with customer and market needs.

• Design the production process. and set standards to confirm production for each product.

• Study the feasibility of the production process to reduce steps and modernize production .

• Improve and develop beverage products to meet customer needs.

• Prepare samples to present to customers according to sales needs.

• Organize training and provide knowledge about products. Various technologies and Techni

• Prepare reports and summarize KPI results to present to management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or master’s degrees in food science/Industry or related field

• At least 5-7 years experience in beverage industry.

• Need aseptic PET or UHT line production experience.

• Lead new product development process in all activities since conceptualization till commercialization.

• Good experience in food product development.

• Have good knowledge and understanding of food laws.

• Have leadership skill, Creativity and analytical skills

• Expertise in computer abilities (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

• Have a good collaboration, team work and communication skill.

• High responsibility and be able to work under pressure

• Good command of English both speaking and writing
