Job Description

Job descriptions and responsibilities:

• Internal receiving info from customer service + shipping particular from shipper for B/L processing.
• Document processing (File opening - DSV B/L issuance - Pantrace update, e-file).
• Checking cargoes quantity loading from shipper/carrier for B/L issuance purpose.
• Shipping particular issuance for carrier to process the Master B/L.
• Invoicing (outgoing to shipper + oversea office).
• Payment voucher processing.
• Document filing.
• Document dispatching (if any).

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fileds 
• At least 0-3 years experience in Business freight forwarder (Welcome new graduated)
• Good knowledge of Seafreight operations
• Operation know-how (document processing)
• Have a basic knowledge of freight forwarding 
• Good Command English
• Employment outsource contract (year / year)
