Job Description

The Architect/ Interior Design based in Spring Tower-Ratchathewi, Bangkok.

Providing support technical, detail drawing, sketch up and presentation to enhance E&A Design Consultants (Included Specification team) effectiveness output for increasing satisfy E&A and Owner Buildings. The role requires comprehensive design plans as part of project proposals, following the clients' specifications and business requirements.

• To provide technical support and design for the Architect’s opinion to enhance E&A Design Consultants
• Prepare 3D Sketchup and Detail drawing related with business requirements.
• Prepare budgetary proposal and presentation tools.
• Support to achieve the overall E&A Design Consultants (or specification team targets) and budgeted sales volume, margin, and revenue.
• Provide technical expertise and support to channel partners in all aspects of architect design-related issues.
• To ensure technical capabilities and design code stay abreast with local, AS & Euro standard or approval code.
• Eager to search for and learn innovation related jobs.
• Capable of working under minimum supervision either independently or in a team (including cross function).
• Carry out duties as and when directed by the management.

Qualification and/or experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in fields of Architect / Interior design or related.
• Minimum 5 years to work in the construction industry.
• Able to use AutoCad, Sketchup, Photoshop, or Graphic design software for presentation and animation.
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
