Jobs Description

Design and arrange eye-catching product displays to attract customer attention.
Create brand identity and design artwork for each standalone shop (e.g. display material, printed advertisement, brochure, layout, etc.)
Create floor plans for retail space and situate displays in an ideal position to encourage sales, combining marketing strategy with a creative approach to sales in order to promote the brand’s image visually.
Change displays to promote new product launch and reflect festive or seasonal themes
Liaise with suppliers and source element to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
Liaise with team to create design themes and plans, often months in advance, including window and in-store displays, signage and pricing concepts
Set up and maintain in-store merchandising of the category, implementing the received guidelines and design inputs, based on sales trends, market peculiarities, and customer target

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandiser, preferably within cosmetics or fashion industry
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe software, 3D Renders
Good communication, presentation, initiative, and problem-solving skills
Strong commercial focus and time management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
