Jobs Description

Ensure team member know about safety rules and regulation, encourage they are following the rules seriously
Manage day-to-day operations of the packaging with assigned team
Develop and implement production plan to ensure OTIF delivery to meet requirement on assigned days
Planning shift schedule for operation
Investigate, troubleshoot on non-conformance process/products to initiate preventive and corrective actions
Record documented information and quality control
Prepare and review daily production reports, handle NAV processing as alternative and review actions to prevent the recurrence of quality issues, wastage, or production downtime.
Control relevant team to follow all standards precisely and check for any deviation.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor degree or Diploma in engineering.
Experience of packaging in the manufacturing environment.
Packaging experience in the brewery is preferred.
