Jobs Description

Everyday check daily check list and report to department head
Hardware Maintenance and Installation
Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
Check computer hardware (HDD, RAM, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
Resolved office user complain
Fixed POS Network for sales data report
Support Car parking infra and hardware devices
Support M Food Court POS Network
Monitoring DIA internet and Mail Wifi internet

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in information technology preferred.
2+ years of IT Support Experience
Hand on experience with POS machine
Hand on experience with printer, CCTV
Ability to work within a team and independently. Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English
