Jobs Description

Monitor and manage the performance of core banking systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Conduct regular system audits to identify and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Collaborate with the IT department to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the core banking operations.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflows.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and improvements.
Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure that core banking operations comply with all relevant standards.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, providing ongoing education to the team.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in core banking operations, with a minimum of 4 or 5 years.
In-depth knowledge of core banking systems, technologies, and industry best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
