Jobs Description

Achieve sales monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and KPIs set up by Line Manager.
Conduct market research to identify all selling possibilities.
Arrange sales appointment with potential clients, generate qualified leads, prepare, and deliver appropriate presentations on products to customers.
Provide post-sales service; actively follow up with customers for premium payments and policy renewal (persistency rate).
Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction: Building a positive relationship with the customers.
Prepare daily sales activity management report (sales and lead) and weekly pipeline report to Business Development Manager.

Jobs Requirement

Must be graduated.
Minimum 5 Years of Sales experience.
Extremely strong salesperson mindset, sales acumen and passionate about providing strategies for increasing sales, feedback, and developing sales campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer services skills, strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Must have strong practical sales experience in Portfolio, Unit and Branch manager, Supervisor (Insurance, FMCG and Real Estate Field).
Life Insurance Agent License holder and having knowledge of insurance products and terminology is preferable.
Be as an energetic person working on weekends as per business requirement and comfortable working long hours.
Tech-savvy and hands-on experience with insurance related software is a plus.
