Jobs Description

- Be the first point of contact for all visitors/guests and assist them to find the way around the Center include the video and audio touring as well as encourage the visitors to make the donation after the tour. - Assist in the donation boxes collection by working with the assigned volunteer to collect the donation, placing the new boxes, and repairing. - Assist in the Sales of merchandises inside and outside the Visitor Center. - Record and report the sales and donation information from the receipts into the financial report format and the Donor Tools (Donor Information System) properly. - Attend daily briefings and relevant unit and departmental meetings. - Assist the Visitor Center’s team to ensure any ceremonies or small meeting/events within the VC are well organized and managed. - Help to distribute the communication materials internally and externally when needed. - Help to ensure a pleasant environment for all visitors (secured, clean, accessible, informative, and hospitable). - Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Visitor Center Manager.

Jobs Requirement
