Jobs Description

1. Recruit New Business Partner to increase our New Payroll in ACE Business. 2. Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. 3. Working with both private and public sector for signing MOU as ACE New Payroll. 4. Research and monitor all competitor products to avoid our market share drop. 5. Work closely with Call Center team to pursue work flow on time to customer. 6. Provide Training to internal staff and business partners after doing MOU. 7. Work as central point for complaint handling and problem solving. 8. Built ACE Reputation into Market. 9. Initiate and design the promotion to grow Revenue for Company and develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth. 10. Regular visit our Business Partner after MOU Signed Off. 11. Manage mobile sale force team to ensure our members growth. 12. Develop and maintain deeper relationships with strategic partners both internal and external, becoming a trusted advisor to them. 13. Prepare and deliver presentation to existing and new business partners. 14. Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits. 15. Develop and operational reporting as needed. 16. Update and reconcile monthly bank statements. 17. Report and Perform tasks assigned by Management.

Jobs Requirement

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or equivalent degree. 2. At least 3 years’ experience in banking / commercial banks, microfinance and 2 years related experience as manager. 3. Have experience in field is better. 4. Knowledge of the principles and procedures of accounting, financial and accounting systems. 5. Specializes in issues and decisions, leadership. 6. Specializes in the planning, monitoring and reporting arrangements. 7. Willing to work flexible and think about action. 8. Have excellent communication skills, teamwork. Willing to work, initiative and flexibility. 9. Computer literacy MS Office, Accounting Systems 10. Able to speak or write English well if other language better
