- Prepare the month end Financial Statement of HRINC Cambodia& HRINC Myanmar (with detail support), monitor and analyze accounting data - Prepare & Control Yearly Budget of HRINC Cambodia& HRINC Myanmar - Prepare & Control of Cash Received and Cash Expenses (Payment) at site - Stock Checking and Control (Random Check at end of each month and Stock Checking at End of year) - Prepare some Internal Control process - Manage and oversee the daily operations of Finance & Accounting department - Coaching and Training the Supervisor & Staffs under the Department - Other jobs assignment about Finance & Accounting function

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field. - Able to use Software – SAP - At least 5 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance role - Experience in MNC is preferred. - Good computer skill, good knowledge of written and spoken English - Patient, flexible, integrity, honest & trustworthy, fast learner and team work. - Be able stay and work in rural area.
