Jobs Description

-To schedule appointments/meetings -To translate documents in English/Chinese/Khmer when needed -Take minute of meetings -Research relevant information related to investment, development and real estate -Attend events and business networking -To have good communication skills with clients and colleagues -To respect the company’s rules, regulations, instructions, and principal of ING Holdings - -To carry out all work related assignments given by their immediate director -Assist with new projects in China -Work with all investors with a focus on the Chinese and Taiwanese -Update and Consolidate departmental activities into a montly report -Track activities of all relevant departments -Facilitate all relevant works for their immediate director -Have a good relationship with all clients and colleagues -Maintain good behavior, politeness, character, cooperation, and attitude with all internal and relevant external parties -Meet clients on behalf of director -Prepare in-out going letters/documents and follow workflow -Filing and keeping track of all documents -Research general information relevant to the real estate market for further study and analyst -Prepare director’s schedule -Assist to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis) of competitor’s and new market strategies -Report to immediate director -Manage relevant office management/hospitality -Attend training courses assigned by the company -Learn and develop your own strengths and weaknesses -Accept constructive criticism from the immediate director or team -Participate in all aspects of, work conditions and work environments such as traditions and morality -Advise the immediate director (if foreign) on local customs and culture -Coordinate plans with the immediate director to reduce unnecessary costs C- Knowledge and experience

Jobs Requirement

-Graduate in International Relations or relevant degree -Certificate in English -Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet -Knowledge of the real estate industry -Speak, listen, read and write English/Chinese/Khmer well -Responsible and proactive -At least 2 - 3 years or more of relevant experience -Have an established working relationship with relevant business sectors and investors -Can travel to other places, according to job requirements and team work -Experience in relevant document preparation -Self-motivated and able to work under pressure Salary:$ 600 ~ $ 800 Working Time:8:00 AM ~ 17:30 PM Working day : Monday to Saturday Holidays: Sun/National holiday HOW TO APPLY If you are interested in this recruitment, Please click and submit your CV!
