- Help to develop and implement a customer service policy for an entire organization. - Find ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services. - Handle face-to-face, via phone and email inquiries from customers. - Provide help and advice to customers using organization’s products or services. - Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants. - Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers. - Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing - Ensure that customer complaints are resolved in a professional manner. - Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department. - Learn about organization’s services and keeping up to date with changes. - Other tasks assign by Manager

Jobs Requirement

Job Requirements - Bachelor degree in related file. - Good in Chinese Speaking, Writing and Listening and Medium in English. - Good in problem solving, Planning, documentation and mercy skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Fast learner, efficient work, be able to work under pressure and high responsibility. - Good communication, attitude and interpersonal skill.
