• Leads financial reporting and control to manage profitability and financial stability • Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, real estate and insurance activities to meet business needs, JLR stands, best practice and national requirements • Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and systems comply with approved accounting standards and statutory requirements • Regular review of internal controls to enhance efficiency of finance operation • Works with Senior Management to develop business plans and annual budgets to deliver planned levels of growth and profitability • Manages the relationship with Principal, bankers, external auditors and tax consultants.

• Fully qualified and experienced Accountant (ACCA/CPA) with at least five years of post-qualification experience • Demonstrates leadership and people management experience within finance field • Experience in automotive industry is an advantage • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong critical and logic thinking • Strong analytical skills
