1. Maximize clinker production and plan cement grinding based on annual operating plan. 2. Optimize Raw Mill, Coal Mill and Cement Mill operation and plan for off peak utilization. 3. Prepare production report and other related reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.. 4. Assist Head of Department in deciding on possible stoppage in the event of serious situation involving refractory lining failure or unstable kiln operation and significant deviation from predetermined quality parameters 5. Manage manpower, machineries and raw materials effectively to achieve clinker output within quality target with respect to annual operating plan. 6. Analyze daily production report and propose for plant improvements. 7. Troubleshoot problems and plan for rectification. 8. Ensure process maintenance is executed as per scheduled to minimize process downtime.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution. 2. Minimum 6 Years of experience in the cement plant (esp. Kiln, Mills, Cement Mills) is a MUST. 3. Experienced and capable in troubleshooting problems using process measurements and analysis. Has attached to the Kiln and cement mill operating units as a Process Engineer.
