Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area. Greet and escort customers to their tables. Provide excellent customer service to guests needs in the restaurant for food and beverage service and ensure satisfaction. Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons. Report to F&B Supervisors any problem or situation. Maintain good communication between all the cooks, stewards, waiting & bar staff Handover with next shift any information in your responsible area. Have organized and Clean working area with proper hygiene. Assisting manager and other service staff and when required. Assume other duties as assigned by Restaurant Supervisor/Captain.

High school/college/diploma degree. Proven work experience or willingness to learn and develop customer service skills as a Waiter or Waitress Client focused attitude to deliver quality service. Good organizational and skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment Active listening and effective communication skills Team spirit and flexibility to work different shifts. Good English communication is an advantage.
