Ensure that service standards and procedures are in place to achieve a successful opening and ensure the delivery of the Novotel brand promise. Set opening budget and financial commitment to all teams within each department P&L. Maximize revenue potential, maintain cost control measures to achieve hotel business objectives and budgets. Prepare and initiate all Sales, Distribution and Digital activities to ensure successful business activity as soon as the hotel is ready to open. Lead Talent and Culture activities including successful talent recruitment, training and development. Ensure strong and successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and surrounding communities.
