He/She oversees the standard and efficient day-to day operations of all facilities and other related mall concerns He/She is responsible for ensuring profitable mall operations in accordance with mangement’s directives and income expectations He/She shall likewise effectively and consistently implement approved policies, guidelines and procedures set in accordance with the company’s standards Ensure a positive relationship with tenants, suppliers and agencies Implementation of programs through constant enhancement of the physical value of the mall Ensure a secured and safe environment that will encourage customers to continually patronize mall products and services Preparation and development of marketing and annual event plans Performs other job related duties as assigned

Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, Commerce or other related course Mall Management- Knowledgeable in all facets of mall operations With proven track record in handling mall operation procedures and standards Technical knowledge – Knowledgeable in building maintenance Competencies – Negotiation skills and tenant management Product Knowledge – Deep understanding in mall/retail industry Prerequisites – Available to work when needed including weekends and holidays License Electrical or Mechanical Engineer is a plus At least 4 years of working experience in the related field Preferably 4 years specializing in handling Mall operations and/or Building Management in the same capacity Excellent communication both written and oral skills Able to Interact, relate and negotiate with tenants in a highly professional Manner Well developed leadership and decision making skills Reports and Presentation management skills People Management and Highly Organized Highly proficient in using MS Application (Word, Excel and PPT) Standard office equipment English and Filipino
