 Software knowledge for project setup requirements as per technical specification requirements.  Customizes industry standard and proprietary application installations, developing processes and tools to deliver fully automated integration in a factory environment.  Set up and configure non-standard hardware, write and implement diagnostics patches, write detailed manufacturing instructions to integrate new customer requirements into the standard Dell manufacturing process.  Recognizes, troubleshoots, analyzes problems, recommends solutions and drives to root cause.  Act as technical support for CFI engineering related issues.  Always keep up with the latest factory process and tools.  Always ensure the process implemented deliver the good and right quality services/product to the customers.  Works closely with project managers to understand true customer needs and deliver high level of customer satisfaction.
