Visit Properties & Get Property Details over prime area of Phnom Penh on Property Description Sheet Defined by Taking Suitable Photos; 3 properties’ information per day is preferable. 2. Put Posts & Update Our Websites in English 3. Make a Property Description Sheet in English 4. Submit Weekly Report & Monthly Report to Manager 5. Translating and interpreting from Khmer to English. 6. Any Kind of Works Assigned by Manager or Upper including driving a car. SALARY Base Pay: USD170 to USD250 per month including tax plus TRANSPORTATION & MEAL FEE: USD1.5 / day plus USD3 INCENTIVE for every Property Description Sheet plus 10% of agency commission for every agency deals for leasing -> If you visit 30 properties a month, you get USD90 Incentive. plus Khmer New Year BONUS plus Phchum Ben BONUS note: BONUS is to be given for employees after six-month working days as of the holidays. *You can receive PROMOTION with 50 to 100USD salary upgrade every year based on your performance. HOP-STEP-and-JUMP *example of your salary in the case you get highest promotion. 1st year salary as property agent: USD220 +++++ 2nd year salary as sales manager: USD320 +++++ 3rd year salary as general manager or senior sales manager: USD420 +++++ WORKING DAYS AND HOUR Monday to Friday plus Saturday until noon CONTRACT TERMS: 2 years for your carrer
