Job Responsibilities:
- Update new booking on system
- Place booking to nominated carrier
- Release booking to shipper
- Issue draft HBL and checking draft MBL
- Submit costing and issue PL sheet
- Send pre-alert and do confirm on board
- giving new idea & find out new techniques to ensure a smooth handling for team Comply with Company policy
- Work directly with Finance team for invoice issue and work directly with OPS team for clearance documents issue.
- Communicate with supplier/customer for import issue
Job Requirements:
- Able to use English for business communication, other language is a plus.
- Good computer skill (Ms. Office, internet, email and Typing)
- Hard-working, punctual, result-oriented and detail person, high patient and commitment
- Willing to learn and do extra job as assigned
- Logistics experiences/ knowledge is preferred
