Job Responsibilities:
- Handling dispute arising between the bank, customers, and alliance partners.
- Taking a prompt action to customer to that the customer’s problem have been resolved on time.
- Ensuring the superior customer service provided to customers.
- Ensuring the customer service stratification at the bank or other channel.
- Assisting manager in providing a training and a refreshment of job responsibilities relating to customer services.
- Handling tasks assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Two -Year experience with banks or MFIs
- University students or Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking or relevant field
- Friendly, smile and professional sound
- Flexibility and self-confident
- Be able to work under pressure
- Honesty, Commitment and hard work
- Good communicate skills.
