Job Responsibilities:
• Greet customers.
• Help customers find items in the store.
• Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers.
• Provide customers with information about items.
• Ring up purchases.
• Elevate complaints to management.
• Keep track of inventory.
• Liaise with current Supermarket’s Purchasing Managers to maximize sales and profit
• Coordinate with related functions to fulfill customers’ requirements
• Develop and follow-up trade leads for sustainable business growth both Traditional and Modern trade.
• Develop new distribution channels in both existing and new markets
• Cooperate in relevant marketing aspects/activities
• Provide a good customer service
• Manage import/Export order processing through effective communication/coordination with oversea colleagues and customers.
• Communicating with customer for new demand request.
• Doing local sales monthly Report and forecast report of each customer under account on behalf.
• Coordinate, negotiate, and well plan with all internal parties and external parties such as warehouse team, production team, transportationcompany to ensure the organize shipment flow, issues resolution, and performance improvement according to company policies.
• Documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Delivery note following Cambodian law and regulation such as Cambodian Chamber, Department of Foreign trade etc.
• Be responsible to ensure successful local sales operations with proactively troubleshooting to meet the company goals.
• Monitoring to maintain sales process smoothly flowing and efficiently in a timely manner.
• Developing new packaging with customer and coordinate with Purchasing team.
• Coordinating with the Accounting Department for issuing the necessary documentation: Invoices, Packing Lists, etc. or any document for the terms of payment.
• To handle customer complaints and assist in handling daily communications and correspondence to external customer.
• Seeking for opportunities to save cost or increase revenue to the company.
• Ability to work at team. Participation and sharing knowledge within team to standardize and improve working processes to be able to achieve the target goal.
• Be responsible for a new customer development project based on request by management.
• Report direct to operation Manager
Job Requirements:
• Female 25-35 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business administration, International Trade, Logistics/ Supply Chain background, sales, marketing, commerce, or a related field would be advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in food sales or related import/export businesses to foreign countries, national and international logistics, customs and international trade in a supervisor or up level.
• Knowledge and experience in Agriculture Industry and international company is preferable.
• Professional attitude and proactive.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to influence and motivate others through personal examples
• Good analysis and problem-solving skills in normal and emergency case.
• Strong teamwork spirit to support any critical need.
• Capable of handling multiple high-pressure tasks.
• Positive minded, Detailed, and well-organized
• Proficiency in using MS office application is a must. Knowledge and experience in SAP is preferable.
• Prior experience in retail and Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge and experience in Agriculture Industry and international company is preferable.
• Can effectively manage the organization under the company policy.
• Have knowledge of the Labor Protection Act and other relevant laws.
