Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare all kinds of agreement (Franchise agreement of TLJ, Loan agreement or other agreements)
• File all documents/contract in a proper file
• Liaise with bank transfer, deposits, withdraw, receives cash, etc.
• Keep update of all stores locations and address
• Keep update contact information of all back office staffs and stores
• Send out new staff joined contact details to all departments (phone number, email, etc.)
• Assist in office arrangement, make sure the office area is cleaned and tidy as always
• Assist other departments as much as required
• Prepare weekly and monthly report to Admin Supervisor
• Other tasks as assigned by Admin Manager
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 1 years’ experience in office management or related field
• Good knowledge in administration/general management
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure with tough deadlines
• Good command of English
