Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to check when stock received from transport and do goods receipt into system
- Check stocks actual with invoice, before open stock to delivery team
- Do delivery note for stock will deliver to provinces
- Control all documents which related to transactions of stock in and out
- Random checking stock on hand compare to stock in system SAP by weekly, if have lost or over stock.
- Other tasks assigned by manager
Job Requirements:
• At least University student
• 1 years’ experience administrative or sales admin receivable is a plus
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Be calm and professional in handling all issues
• Integrity, high commitment and customer-oriented skill
• Be able communicate in English and Khmer
• Understand how to use systematical such as SAP system
• Be able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Advance Excel)
