Job Responsibilities:
• Perform secretarial duties for Department, including preparing correspondence
• Assist with all aspects of administrative management, human resources, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage
• Manage inventory of assets and supplies, monitoring critical level of stocks, sourcing for suppliers and submitting invoice
• Coordinate between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
• Receive visitors courteously
• Manage files, reports, letters, memos and other relevant business documents
• Keep the office clean and tidy
• Perform multifaceted general office support
• Assist in all day-to-day operation matters
• Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Associate's degree/diploma in related discipline, or equivalent experience
• At last 1 year of administration/secretarial experience is highly preferred
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties
• Able to deal with sensitive information and keep it discretely
• Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written
• Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time
• May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need
• Must be able to work independently or with a team
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Systems and Office applications
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents
• Good in English & Khmer, Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
• Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment
• Able to multi-task
• Can speak Chinese
