Job Responsibilities:
 Must have first-hand knowledge and experience of export documentation.
 Achieve all sales objectives and administer all merchandise for group brands.
 Design all required marketing and sales program for assigned territory and maintain knowledge on all competitor products and participate in various exhibitions and seminars and perform tests on all new products and provide training to staff to achieve all goals.
 Analyzes all market intelligence reports and identifies all new business opportunities to expand the business and maintain an efficient portfolio.
 Manage key accounts, understanding client requirements, processing client orders and providing after-sale support.
 Collaborate with marketing departments to analyze all market activities and manage all communication with technical departments and perform various tests in products and ensure optimal quality of all products and design all export market rules and regulations to mitigate all risks.
 Develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and supervise achievement of all sales targets for all assign areas and analyze all customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies.
 Assist country sales manager to design budget for all expenditures and plan all trade shows as per customer specifications and prepare strategies for all customers to facilitate distribution.
 Prepare all contracts with distributors in accordance with all state and federal regulations and evaluate all reports as submitted by sates staff and recommend changes if required and prepare reports for all profitability.
 Provide training to all staff members and evaluate all sales and service programs and maintain effective relationships with all customers to establish appropriate product requirements.
 Maintain professional relationships with all customers and distributors and ensure the satisfaction of consumers with all company productions and services.
 Maintain close relationships with existing customers and seek new business opportunities.
 Seek and develop overseas sales and distribution channels worldwide by using internet search, phone calls and emails.
 Identify and develop new potential business to achieve business objectives and growth.
 Canvass overseas business partner’s dealers and distributors, make presentations and prepare proposals.
Job Requirements:
 Bachelor degree in Marketing / English or other field related.
 Strong negotiation skills, good business acumen with excellent problem solving skills.
 Proven track record with good communication and interpersonal skills.
 Independent, pleasant personality, highly motivated and a good team player.
 Computer literate and knowledge on internet search, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
 Experience in beer Industry will be advantage.
 Good written and oral communications skills.
 Fluency in the languages of target markets may be required.
 Able to work under pressure with a can –do attitude.
 Requirement Foreigner employee (Thai or American)
