Job Responsibilities:
 Digital Marketing
 Analyze and report social media actions both weekly & monthly basis for successes and new opportunities
 Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect the company’s branding
 Lead on social media pages (e Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc
 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
 Collaborate with agencies and other partners if needed.

 Branding and Marketing Strategy Development:
 Lead and coach marketing team in order to carry out the plan by creating and implementing product awareness
 Create branding plans and strategies and ensure all aspects of the marketing activities are aligned with the company’s objectives
 Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners to expand the network and ultimately achieve the corporate objectives of the company
 Develop sustainable marketing strategies that result in increased sales, brand loyalty and improve the market share
 Implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts; and monitor the effectiveness and profitability of those plans
 Assess the effectiveness of the company’s media and implement content improvements and new features to meet on-line objectives.

 Strategic Plan Establishment and Budget Management:
 Develop the budget plans to carry out the marketing campaigns and PR activities and oversee the implementation of those plans
 Formulate annual marketing plan and annual budget while also ensure plan execution
 Identify client’s requirements; define market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses to ultimately win the long-term trust and support from customers.
Job Requirements:

 Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing or general business or related field
 Minimum of 4 years relevant (B2B) marketing experience and Digital Media
 Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles & tools
 Ability to translate research learning into insights & recommendations for the business
 Demonstrated conceptual skills with experience in developing new concepts & solutions
 Effective project & event management skills
 Excellent communicator and compelling presenter with strong written and oral communication skills
 Flexible, able to work independently, set and follow priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
 Customer-focused mindset
 Excellent with PowerPoint and Excel, advanced in web research
