Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct annual field force and marketing capability assessment based on ZPT competency models, observations from fieldwork, testing, certification, and line manager coaching feedback to identify gaps and training needs to meet business strategy.
• Develop annual training strategy, plan, and budget in based on Regional training strategy and local business demand in alignment Business Units.
• Develop training curriculum, customize/translate regional training material, develop training program and or selected vendor to fulfil the curriculum.
• Ensure Training plan to be delivered effectively, follow up post training activity, observe training application, measure and feedback on competency improvement as well as conduct regularly knowledge test and certification
• Develop various training delivery method, aligned with technology from regional to promote self-learning via online or virtual learning, develop recognition programs to promote learning culture
• Participate regional projects, initiatively adopt and deploy for local then share best practice within country and other countries
• Build Coaching culture, develop internal trainers, ensure full engagement of line managers in training and coaching interventions
• Ensure well manage training database, achieve training KPIs and monthly report on time. Closely work with stakeholders to review training KPIs and develop action plan to close gaps

• To train, motivate, and influence the commercial managers & senior managers
• To be able to multi-task in handling different projects on ad-hoc basis
