Job Responsibilities:
 Maintain relationship with dealers via engaging closely and regularly.
 Responds to customers and internal partner needs in a timely, professional, helpful, manner, regardless of the attitude.
 Prepare and monitor annual target and measure the progress of the activities against objectives.
 Develop new and existing dealer potentials that promote objectives for maximum penetrations and profitability.
 Lead new business opportunities by developing and analyzing business cases and market strategies.
 Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services.
 Create new idea, solutions or approaches to solve problem and produce desired effect.
 Engage in business plan for new product portfolio.
 Ensure consistency of business plan implementation across the marketing and sales functions.
 Facilitate and coordinate with supplier to ensure continuous alignment between organizational strategies and investment.
 Prepare weekly meeting on operational progress and new initiatives.
 Coach in different areas, identify training and development needs to support progress growth of team.
 Lead by example and foster an environment of mutual trust through clear communication, open dialogue and consistent behavior.
 Provide cash flow forecast in term of collection and spending.
 Other tasks pertaining to the account, and assigned by GM.
Job Requirements:
 University degree, preferably with sales or marketing.
 at least 5 year experienced in distribution sales management.
 Sound understanding of digital marketing. Facilitation skills and ability to contribute to management discussions. Ability to influence based on facts, data and reasoning. Capacity to handle multiple requirements and prioritize to ensure best impact. Interpersonal skills to work with a range of different personalities and backgrounds
 Motor industry or tire.
