Job Responsibilities:
 Responsible for solutions under the responsibility of this position include - but are not limited to: MV SWGs, LV SWGs, either for distribution or motor control, busways, transformers, solar plants and generator synchronization panels.
 Responsible for Coordinating and issuing relevant technical proposals to Company customers to maximize chances to secure the project. This involves taking care of key accounts such as contractors, project owners or consultants. Leading a team of sales engineers for direct sales & follow up business opportunities with key-accounts.
 Responsible to Leading LV SWGs design team, allocating priorities independently and fairly depending on expected success rate and size of the Business Opportunity (BO)
 Responsible to Promoting the use of Value Engineering (VE) analysis across the Department by reviewing and challenging clients design and requirement
 Responsible to Securing close relationships with consulting firms, contractors and project owners by introducing ATS and ensuring the company appears as a technical leader with a large scope of solution and ability po propose VE
 Responsible to Sharing business intelligence and coordinating commercial action with the sales departments, the sale admin department and the directors
 Responsible to Ensuring that all opportunities and quotations submitted by its department are properly logged and updated in the CRM and pipeline follow up software.
 Responsible for Checking and ensuring relevance of quotation both in terms of pricing and product description. Issuing and archiving a technical folder including for every key project
 Responsible for Exploring new market segments for Company expansion in collaboration with the sales & marketing team to be able to offer more solutions & services.
 Responsible for Coordinating training of sales and back-office departments such as marketing, supply chain, sales admin… Organizing and leading training for Company new exclusive and advanced solutions & products (Busway, EMS, MV SWG), when necessary.
 Responsible to Supervising the project coordinator in charge of ensuring a seamless delivery of equipment to project site considering both factory, Company suppliers and client schedules
 Responsible for Supervising of technical support for after sales services during and after
warranty period.

+Operations & Management:
 Participate in Budgeting Yearly Objectives set with Management.
 Manage, mentor and develop the design team and co-ordinate efficiently workload resources. Plan and organize technical Training Sessions with the Engineering Services manager.
 Handle design requests working in collaboration with the sales team meeting customer timeline and managing Priorities with the Engineering Services Manager.
Job Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree required (Marketing and/or Engineer Degree or related is a plus).
● Technical sales experience (minimum of 5 years’ experience) in the construction industry or related to it with a successful track record.
● Broad and in-depth business background with a reasonable working knowledge of the technical aspects of design/build construction. A strong appetite to go through a quick learning process
will also be considered.
● Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations.
