Job Responsibilities:
• Recruitment process, employment contracts
• On boarding training
• Payroll, NSSF declaration, Tax income declaration,
• Over Time management, expenses control
• Reports: monthly headcount, ….
• Guide management on disciplinary action with the investigation (interview, collect evident, consult legal)
• Compliance: Visa, work permits, interface for audit
• Meet hiring manager and support for job requisition in system
• Prepare the Job description togethrt with Hiring manager
• Select the sourcing channel and publish the job on job boards, internally, work with agencies
• Select a shortlist of candidates
• Organize and participate to interviews
• Get validation for the offer and make the offer to the candidate
• Ensure the pre-boarding phase
• Prepare the onboarding planning together with Hiring manager
• Follow up the deployment of Development Review and Performance review processes: train employees, provide support, report the progress
• Participate to Succession Review
• Align with line functions and L&D to propose training & development program based on a gap identified and need to be analyzed
• Establish and follow up the implementation of the Training plan for the organization in relation with employees appraisal and Head Of Department needs
• Facilitate effective communication within the organization to maintain an open and trustworthy work environment.
• Facilitate Employee Representatives meetings and speak up culture
• Develop awareness and practices to Value Inclusion and Diversity
• Deploy the Employee Engagement initiatives (surveys, events, communication day,…)
• Support Corporate Social initiatives
• Monitor turnover and propose actions for retention
• Promote and demonstrate safe behaviors in accordance with the Schindler Cambodia Safety Management System, CSH Fundamentals and the Local labor legislation
• Lead by example for integrity and confidentiality
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Experienced in HR operations (recruitment, contracts, NSSF, onboarding, payroll, headcount reporting, work permit…)
• Good knowledge of labour law and local regulations such as taxation principles
• Understanding of Talent Management processes: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Learning, Employee Engagement, Recognition and Compensation
• Preferred experience working with HR Management System
• 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources as HR generalist or HR Business Partner
• Preferred experience as Business Partner covering recruitment, onboarding, development, training
• Experience in company applying international standards is a plus
• Khmer speaking and writing
• Good communication in English both writing & speaking
• Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint -
• HR Management System - Success Factor SAP is a plus -
• Highly motivated to develop in HR career
