Job Responsibilities:
o Accountable for brand plans with an understanding of consumer insights and market trends to strengthen brands’ market presence.
o Handle the development and implementation of key marketing strategies that aim to achieve sales and marketing objective by increasing market share/ market presence and sales volume.
o Key role in the brand development program. Management of marketing mix, which includes product design, pricing strategies, brand's promotional and advertising campaigns, etc.
o Carry out market research and collect market intelligence on the needs and trends of customers, and the strategy and tactics of its competitors; provide analysis and interpretation of this intelligence and formulate retaliatory strategy and tactics.
o Supervision of Brand Assistants, including work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel action; motivate team members to achieve peak productivity and performance.
o Prepare monthly reports on Marketing Budget to submit to the General Marketing Manager to ensure/ monitor monthly budget spends are within financial means.
o Keep management informed of marketing activities and performance by submitting timely and accurate activity, forecasting and results reports on a regular basis.
o Manage advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to ensure consistency in branding while following brand guidelines and to build credibility, enhancing customer retention and acquisition.
o Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as Agencies, Vendors, Suppliers and etc.
Job Requirements:
o 3-years of diverse experience in all aspects of marketing, business planning and analysis, and brand building. Related experience in developing and implementing market strategies.
o Ability to be a strong ‘brand champion’ and vocal advocate to both internal and external stakeholders.
o Experienced in managing marketing/ advertising agencies while being able to handle promotional and advertising efforts of the company.
o Clear understanding of the business to be able to focus on core issues and develop promotional strategies.
o Knowledge and understanding of the industry, competitor movements, and customers’ value chain and business practices to exploit all available business opportunities.
o Able to analyze the effectiveness of strategies employed in current state of the market.
o Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and impacts, and/ or projections.
o Strong project management experience, having worked on cross functional teams. Able to
o juggle multiple projects within tight deadlines, work well under pressure and excel in a fast pace working environment.
