Job Responsibilities:
+Strategy & Planning
• Develop, implement and manage the Premier banking’s sales and operations plans to achieve business target
• Collaborate with branch managers, branch sales personnel and Head of Business Banking to drive and grow NTP customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction

+Sales Management
• Achieve sales & revenue targets by managing the business implementation of Premier Banking
• Execute sales plans and allocation of sales targets with the team of Relationship Managers and monitor achievement of committed target
• Lead, motivate, coach and develop the Relationship Managers on effective presentation, selling, financial planning, investment counselling and relationship building skills
• Also in-charge of SDB’s sales target to ensure awareness and take up among Premier Customers and high value depositors.
• Actively provide on-the-job training and people development of all staff
• Plan & execute the clients’ marketing events/activities on monthly basis so as to drive the business volumes.

+Centre Operation
• To manage and ensure highest quality customer service delivery and overall center presentation for Premier Centre in Phnom Penh main branch.
• To ensure smooth and effective center and SDB operation to achieve satisfactory audit rating and compliance to Bank’s policies & procedures and guidelines

+Product management & campaign
• Lead premier banking/SDB related product development and ensure proper implementation plan to its intended target premier customers
• Competitive analysis on competitors’ products and pricing
• Work with Marketing & communications on customer campaign requirements, strategic merchant & lifestyle partnership, lifestyle and marketing outlook events
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business & Marketing or any related field
• Professional Banking Certificate will be added advantage
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in any FIs with relevant experience in managing branch business or wealth management sales
• Experience in people management, team sales performance and provide high service standard

+Have the relevant licenses for the portfolio
• Must be fluent in English. Candidate can speak & read Chinese will be added advantage.
• Good knowledge and exposure in wealth sales and products and local retail market landscape
• Strong leadership and excellence interpersonal & relationship building skills
• Good understanding of Group’s strategy objective and retail business model
• Excellence customer service and negotiation skill
