Job Responsibilities:
>Market Analysis

-Define market – working with market intelligence, provide market context (size, shape, growth, segments, top line financials, etc.), identify opportunities within it, and make (innovative) recommendations based on this.

>Competitor analysis:

-Identify competitive and alternative offerings in the market. Document their strengths and weaknesses.
- Make recommendations for strategies to sustain our market position to the Product & Market Lead
-Recommend (innovative) strategies for winning or maintaining our position against the competition
-Resources and competencies – list of capabilities and USPs (by product, service, or area).
-Win/loss analysis – understand why the current evaluators of the product did or did not buy and understand the steps they took in the buying process.

>Strategic Planning

-Product strategy – lead on the creation of the recommended product strategy and Roadmap for the allocated product line.
-Pricing and packaging
-Business model and plan – lead on the recommendations for appropriate business model
-Product requirements / Specification
-Sale & Operation Product Process
-User guide document
-Stakeholder communications – cooperate with project sponsor, sale, marketing, customer service, customer life cycle management, call center, technical, IT, finance, legal, business partner, and vendor.

>Go to Market

-Product positioning – describe the product by its ability to solve market problems. Create internal positioning documents to be used to develop external messages, focused on each customer segmentation.

>Sales enablement & Operation Readiness

-Sales training – design and deliver training programs to help the sales focus on how to sell the product, not how to use it. Produce briefing packs for sales teams, containing product USPs, elevator pitch etc.
-Operation – design and deliver training programs to help operation team (sale, customer service, technical support, call center, technical operation) focus on how to operate and support on the product launch.

>Product Evaluation

-Performance analysis – monitor product performance (sale, subscriber, usage, financials etc.), product lifecycle evaluation (inc. profitability).

>Product Support

-Monitoring Market & Competitor Update
-Manage Product Feedback
-Roles as key product knowledge mentor of this product to support all stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science and Engineering or Business Management
-Master degree of Business management and administration is an advantage
-At least 5+ years’ experience of product development and management in the ISP or IT related field/industry
-Strong Knowledge in ISP Internet, consumer product related, enterprise network (IPLC, DPLC, VPLS), home WiFi solutions, IoT, etc.
-Knowledge of SD-WAN, Cloud Service, Security are a plus.
-Good Presentation skills with a comfort with both small and large audiences
-Excellent verbal and written communication in English
-Experience in managing multiple project timelines simultaneously
-Strong problem-solving skills, analytical assessment and technical literacy
-Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple departments
