Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and develop annually, monthly and weekly lending strategies disbursement accordingly to goal vision and mission of company
• Plan to expand operations area and staffing needs
• Monitor and coordinate for solving the problem in the branch
• Find the solution resolving that issued internal/external conflict in branch
• Direct and manage the Sales and Field team to ensure branch achieve the KPIs as set by the Company
• Market visit and make closely deal with dealers in the branch operation area
• Conduct field visit with sale supervisor, sale and help them find-out new dealers, customer
• Promote of products and services i-finance
• Supervise the sales activities (the Application and the Disbursement process) to make sure the standard turns around time is well implemented
• Coordinate training/coaching/meeting activities to improve Sales and Field Teams’ skills and efficiency
• Monitor, feedback, and report all market information and survey competitor, Productivity, Zone, SWOT Analysis activities to HQ
• Consult with the Operations and Sales Manager to propose a proper promotion for the branch in order to boost sales and take advantage of competitors
• Collaboratively manage customers' and dealers’ relationships to deliver high-quality customer experience, loyalty and ensure long-lasting relationships
• Recruit new dealers and maintaining the Leasing Ratio followed by branch KPIs as set by the Company
• Lead team to provide company’s process/product education to dealers on a regular basis
• Consult and gain support from Operation Manager and Sales Manager for a proper countermeasure to improve the poor performing dealers and regularly follow up the result
• Prepare Training and guideline all staff
• GPS track Field Officer and Sale Officer
• Recruiting, Vetting, Interviewing and Hiring new employees
• General Operation Process Management of the Branch
• HR and Administration function of the Branch
• Account and Finance function of the Branch
• Cash Management function of the Branch
• IT & Security Management function of the Branch
• General Audit and Compliance issue function of the Branch.
• General Branch’ Marketing Management
• Increase the company’s Branding and brand awareness at the Dealership level
• Consult with Operation Manager and Marketing Manager to produce Marketing Material, display the POP material at dealers and control the branch marketing material stock
• Support the Marketing Manager and branch staff for the Digital Customer conversion process.
• Other assigned tasks by management.
Job Requirements:
• Three years’ experience in leasing/MFI/Bank
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of market research techniques
• Exquisite communication and people skills
• Autonomous and problem-solving mindset
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong leading and management skill
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. promptly
